Holiday Prints

So you've seen the Holiday designs, and now here are what they look like all printed up! These were all done on my new beautiful and economic Canon printer, which saves ink, energy and money!!

Up first, is the "Holiday Plaid" card. Keep in mind ALL cards can have rounded corners if you like the look! Doesn't this remind you of a comfy sweater on a chilly day?!

Next up is the "Holiday Wishes" Card

Now we've got the "Merry Little X-Mas", which is my personal favorite!!

Prefer something a little more vibrant and colorful? Maybe "Season's Greetings" is for you!

Another simple, classic design "Holly Jolly"

There are tons more but this is just a peak!! Let me know what you want this holiday season and we'll work together to get you the most beautiful greeting cards out there!!

Cute as a Snail!

Just want to say "hi"? Why not do it through classic snail mail?! This stationary set is whimsical, adorable and bound to brighten the day of somebody! What a fun way to remind somebody you're thinking of them!

"Snail Mail" Stationary Set

Stationery - The Ultimate Engagement Gift

Check it out! Here are some sample prints. First up we have classic stationary from my "Engagement" line. This is something I do completely custom for every unique engagement story; I try to sketch out an outline of the location from that perfect proposal. The "Engagement" stationary line is a great way to say "thank you" for all those gifts and congratulations!

Looking for a great gift for somebody that is newly engaged? A set of Engagement stationary is a modern, fun, personalized gift that becomes an instant heirloom. Contact me to begin creating the perfect set!

This first set is based on a magnificent proposal in Central Park, NYC.

This second set is from a romantic engagement at the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. This set was printed on gorgeous metallic paper.

Printer

Ok- so for those of you that read my previous post (which I just deleted), I have returned my clunker Epson and got myself a beautiful new professional Canon printer. I found the Epson too temperamental and not 100% compatible with my Mac. The Canon, on the other hand, is magnificent, and will be sure to deliver to you all the best holiday cards ever!!

Unfortunately, since I was sick, this weekend was a bust for setting up my Etsy store, which will make purchasing easier. Stay posted though, I should have a link up soon to connect to an easy way to purchase products online.

Hope you all stay swine & flu free!!

Holiday 2009

Welcome!

Welcome to my new blog!

Let me introduce myself...

My name is Jackie and I take both nothing and everything seriously. Sometimes I refer to myself as a bee, since I tend to buzz around doing a million things at once. While a lot of people define relaxation as keeping activities to a minimal, I define relaxation as keeping busy. Weird, I know. I was born and raised on Long Island, New York. If you have never been to the Big Apple, you must. There is nothing else in the world quite like it, and the people aren't half as mean as they're made out to be.

Although I am not a graphic designer, or print specialist by trade, I happen to love all things creative. Growing up I always hand-wrote 'thank you' notes, love letters, or "hello" notes. I find it's a dying habit. Today people seem to be too busy to put pen to paper, and would rather put finger to keyboard. Well, I think that's a sad, sad thing. I'm guessing, if people are like me, that the majority of their mail consists of bills, bills, junk and more bills. It's funny because if I ever get something that does not look like a bill, I get this little feeling in my tummy that maybe somebody thought of me for a moment in their day, and due to that thought, they actually snail mailed me!! Amazing concept. Pretty exciting too, getting something in the snail mail as opposed to e-mail.

Anyway, this train of thought is what lead me to begin creating my own line of paper products. You name it, I'll make it; stationary, invitations, labels, cards, posters, whatever. I believe that sending somebody a cute little note is worth its weight in gold. Moving forward I will be posting my little do-dads as I make them, feel free to take a look. If you want something made, just send me an e-mail at believenotes@yahoo.com.
